Hi all. I've only had 6X Pro for about 4 months. In that time I have charged it about 5 times. Today, I have tried charging the watch and nothing I have cleaned the connectors on both the power cable and the watch. Still nothing. Can anyone advise what else I can do? I personally would spray with silicone spray and the cable and contacts on
Watch won't start - Black Screen. brookes2622 over 6 years ago. Since about v6 firmware I have had two occasions when the watch has gone black screen and I couldn't power it back on. Plugging it into charge fixed it the first time and I am still trying to get it going the 2nd time. Anyone else has this and know if it's hardware or a full reset?

Charging shows an initial battery charge status but never updates even though if the device is reset it will then show fully charged) v19.10 system software. The watch has been factory reset 3 times, it 'froze' during one of the resets however i suspect it was still running but the screen wasn't refreshing.
You can use something like rubbing alcohol for this. If you suspect the charging port is particularly dirty, you could also use a toothbrush to get in there and scrub it clean.
